Direct Deposit

If you have already received an invoice and wish to make payment, you will find the direct deposit information located at the bottom of your invoice.

Cash/Cheque

Unfortunately due to security reasons, our team members are unable to accept cash or cheque on the day of your appointment. Please contact us prior to make other arrangements. 

Service  Terms & Conditions

All personal information supplied to us by you including name, address, email, phone number and clean details will remain private and confidential and will ONLY be shared with CURRENT employees of Home Aesthetic PTY LTD as required to complete your appointment.

1. All accounts must be settled within 48 hours of completion of appointment to avoid disruption to future bookings and additional fees.

This can be done using Direct deposit.

​

2. Consecutive appointments will be rescheduled or cancelled at the discretion of Home Aesthetic if there are outstanding balances applied to an address/client.

​

3. Failure to pay accounts after completion of appointment will result in additional late fees 

Late fees are

$20 for 5 days overdue

$5 a day after day 5

Day 6 $25

Day 7 $30.

4. All cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a $20 cancellation fee being charged to the account. All appointments will receive an automated appointment reminder via text message 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the office via phone or email. Please do not reply to the automated SMS reminder.

5. All Staff reserve the right to refuse service and cancel an appointment if they deem the appointed job to be unsafe in any way. Abuse or harassment will not be tolerated and will result in your appointment being cancelled and may result in future appointments being cancelled.

6. We do not accept cash on the day of appointment.

​

7. All property access arrangements, including key location (i.e. safe pre-arranged location and/or key box code) must be made through the office, not with your cleaner. This information will be noted on the job card in the case your regular cleaner is unable to attend your appointment and to avoid confusion. Home Aesthetic and its staff will not take individuals house keys from site in order for future access. If you live in a gated community or apartment complex, please contact the office to discuss options.

8. Even with our staffs' best efforts, quoted jobs occasionally run over time due to unforeseen circumstances. The extra time on site is charged additionally at the pre-agreed hourly rate. In the event this should occur, it will be discussed with you at the time of appointment. At this point you will be given the option to continue and complete the job if time permits, with the additional charges added to your final invoice, or end the appointment at the previously specified time, job incomplete. We take no responsibility for jobs taking longer than originally quoted.

9. We take great pride in our service, If you have any issues with the quality of service you have received, this must be brought to our attention on the day of the appointment otherwise we will automatically assume you are satisfied with the service you have received, and you will be invoiced accordingly.
